Hyperledger is an open source collaborative effort created to advance cross-industry blockchain technologies. It is a global collaboration, hosted by The Linux Foundation, including leaders in finance, banking, Internet of Things, supply chains, manufacturing and Technology.
Hyperledger Meetup groups have an informal relationship with Hyperledger, and make up a key part of the Hyperledger ecosystem. Participation in a Hyperledger Meetup group is open to anyone--employees of a Hyperledger member company, Hyperledger contributors and developers, and people just passionate about blockchain technology.
Learning about Blockchain and DLT is difficult. Overwhelming amounts of unstructured information lies scattered across the web. Plenty of efforts are wasted away in isolated searches for golden nuggets. However, with proper guidance and cooperation, we can hone our skills faster and build a collective body of knowledge.
We want to engage and energize an active community of learners. Self-selected by their interest to understand the field, assisted by a communication mechanism and an open-source toolkit, to explore, gather, understand, structure, and share previously unorganized data of learning resources.
Work is underway on our Mentorship Program 2021 Global Scouting of DLT / Blockchain Educational Opportunities. At the end of the summer, we will have the first version of our Graph Data Base of DLT / Blockchain Educational Opportunities, a small but geographically extended working community, a basic set of tools to support collaboration, and a knowledge graph to navigate an ontology of learning about Blockchain.
