Spiritual Hypnosis with Didgeridoo

Yoga Toka

$55.00

NOTE NEW LOCATION AT YOGA TOKA IN ALEXANDRIA This event combines two powerful healing modalities--hypnosis and the didgeridoo. What many people don't know about hypnosis is that it is not only effective for stopping smoking and losing weight; it is also a powerful tool for allowing the mind to push past artificial limitations into higher levels of spiritual awareness and compassion. Throughout this group hypnosis session, I will guide you through a hypnotic journey of metaphors and symbols to allow you to access the potential and power of your unconscious mind. Shunka will be playing the didgeridoo throughout the session, and I will also play the didgeridoo at specific points during the session, to provide a sound bath of two didgeridoos simultaneously. The didgeridoo's deep, mellow vibrations resonate at a very deep level with the mind and body. The didgeridoo is an instrument with origins in the deep spirituality of the Australian aborigines and their connection to the land and the universe. Combining spiritual hypnosis and the didgeridoo creates a nexus of verbal and nonverbal cues to allow the mind to let go of what it doesn't need... it allows the chackras to open up and energy to align. Throughout the process, you will feel a very pleasant sense of deep relaxation as your mind and body open up and let go--it's like you can just dip into this pool of pleasant happiness, letting go of the cares of the world. After the group hypnosis session, we do sound healings where we both focus our didgeridoos on one individual, wherever on their body they like, so the vibrations can help loosen up their energy. We allow time to do this with whoever wants to experience it. Cost is $55 to participate.
