Marin - Talk about the New Yorker over dinner
Please join us for our next "Marin" New Yorker Magazine Meet Up. Conversations are not limited to the New Yorker Magazine at all, but rather it is a gathering of like-minded people who enjoy the New Yorker Magazine. We will talk about life, world events and anything else worthy of conversation over happy hour drinks and dinner. By popular demand, here is a FAQ for this Meet Up. Q: Is reading of the articles mandatory. A: No, No, and No. Please come even if you haven't. Q: I only look at the cartoons and never really read the articles. May I still attend? A: Yes. Q: I used to read the New Yorker but I haven't recently. May I still attend? A: Yes. We are about like-minded people getting together and socializing. There will be no test on recent issues. What we're about

Public Group

This group is for people who love to read the New Yorker magazine. I love the New Yorker magazine. I generally love people who love the New Yorker magazine. So, I decided to have a meetup where likeminded people can get together once a month to talk about current events, life, and whatever else comes to mind.

Whether you are one issue behind, three issues behind, or three months behind; whether you skip the fiction section or only read the fiction section, this Meetup is for you.

By popular demand, here is a FAQ for this meetup.

Q: I only look at the cartoons and never really read the articles. May I still attend?

A: Yes.

Q: I used to read the New Yorker but I haven't recently. May I still attend?

A: Yes. We are about like-minded people getting together and socializing. There will be no test on recent issues.

Q: Are we going to cover specific articles or have designated articles we should read ahead of time?

A. Absolutely not. I have no doubt that people will talk about their favorite recent articles. But this is really about just getting together and socializing. Note, I choose a bar for the next meeting.
