Journeying to a drumbeat has been in use since before recorded history by ancient cultures all over the world to communicate with spirit and to explore consciousness. We will smudge ourselves and set our intention for the journey. We can ask to meet guides, for healing, and for help with personal struggles. I will use a drum to induce an altered state of consciousness, mainly theta waves which are the type of brain waves exhibited during REM sleep. During this state the mind can reach into the infinite and bring back important life lessons and knowledge, connect with guides and ourselves. We are all a part of spirit and we can all connect to spirit within and through ourselves, more specifically our consciousness. We will then share our journeys with each other, if we feel called to. All are welcome and all are safe. $5-$20 suggested donation. No one is turned away so offer what you can.
