The Improv Dojo is a place to do improv. It is a chance to play, explore and develop. We explore scene work, theater games and related acting exercises. It is part drop-in class and part practice session. The Improv Scene is for improvisors ready to explore . Beginning and experienced improvisors welcome. Whether you're a beginner looking to try improv for the first time or a more seasoned player looking for a chance to play the Improv Dojo is the place. Note the doors close at 4pm for the day's class. Pan is 200 feet from BART The Dojo is offered on Sundays from 4pm to 6pm on Sundays.

AUDITIONS Pan Theater auditions are for spots on Pan Theater’s house teams. Members of Pan’s house teams get weekly practice and performance opportunities. Teams are directed by senior Pan performers. Auditions are a free chance to try improv at Pan Theater. Why? • You want to perform on a regular basis (up to 4 times a month) • You want to work with a consistent group of performers (your tribe) • You want to grow as a performer • You want more fun, friends and excitement in your life Qualifications • A strong desire to perform on a consistent basis • Team player with humility and a willingness to learn • Prior improv training Expectations • Perform a minimum of twice per month • Able to attend practice 3 times a month (on average) When Sunday, April 21st at 7pm Tuesday, April 23rd at 7pm Where • 120 Frank Ogawa Plaza, Oakland • 50 feet from BART (12 Street BART Station) Everyone that auditions gets a free pass good for 2 sessions of our drop-in class the Improv Dojo (a $40 value).
