Improv Workouts: Anxious to Bold

Class will be held at the Redlands Bowl. We will engage in games and exercises designed to get you expressing yourself with spontaneity, confidence and authenticity. You will learn both long form and short form improvisation structure. You will learn about comedy and laughter triggers, and you will learn a bit about acting - as we want to bring our real and natural feelings and expressions to the work.
