What we're about

In a diverse and supportive group, we'll meet for guided meditation and reflective conversation of how to apply mindfulness to our everyday experience. By meditating, our minds will ease to stillness. Then we'll gradually experience more peace and joy in ever-changing circumstances of daily living.

Free offering. A donation will be appreciated to help pay for the space and support this free teaching.

Marina welcomes All to gently guided meditation. Bring a mat, cushion or blanket to set upon the grass beneath the wise old tree.
