Chef Garrin welcomes you to our International Cuisine Group.....

Learn to cook International cuisines like a professional chef at home, or perhaps you just want enjoy the food we're preparing in class. YES, there is a charge for each class, this helps cover ALL of the hosts costs that come with hosting and offering a cooking class; travel expenses associated with shopping at many locations in HRM for special ingredients, costs of those special ingredients, plus other food related expenses; paper, napkins, cleaning supplies, equipment, fuel canisters for portable burners, dishes, damaged items and so on.

Take your palate on a culinary tour around the world, no passport required, and learn to prepare the world’s favorite ethnic dishes and street foods. Explore the flavors, seasonings, and cooking techniques from all corners of the globe; THAI, INDIAN, ITALIAN, MEXICAN, KOREAN, CHINESE, JAPANESE plus APPETIZER / TAPAS, VEGETARIAN & GLUTEN-FREE classes as well.

Discover how every culture has a new taste experience to offer, something to teach through the combination of their indigenous flavors, or the fusion of cultural culinary delights. The key ingredients, flavorings, seasonings, and Chef tips about where to shop in HRM to easily obtain authentic ingredients, will all be explored. Each course is taught by Chef Garrin, a professional chef who has been teaching others to cook International cuisine for over 20 years. Be adventurous – try a new cuisine, or aim to recreate the tastes you experienced on your last dinner outing or vacation.

Refund Policy

If you cannot attend a class you’ve sent deposit to registered for, email me at chefgarrin@gmail.com and I’ll be happy to either issue a credit for a future class or refund your deposit. If your cancellation occurs within 72 hours before a class begins, I will not be able to issue you a credit / refund as I have already planned and purchased ingredients for the class. However, you can give/sell your spot to someone else you know or anyone who may be on waiting list for the same class, I will assist in waiting list process as much as possible . Please email me to inform who will attend in your place if you are sending someone in your absence.

So excited to offer some limited space, two dish classes and see where this takes us....... your patience and understanding is very much appreciated in class as I do my best to ensure we are all safe and have a great time. $35 per person paid in full to register via payment options further below. FIRST TO RSVP AND PAY IN FULL to officially register will get these limited spots, please read everything below before registering. Thank you IMPORTANT... if you register for more than one person please let me know immediately if you wish to sit together. SAFETY FIRST..... I am taking only 6 to 8 people in the public classes at this time, a quick questionnaire to be filled out and MASKS ARE MANDATORY FOR EVERYONE, except for eating our prepared dishes, in which case arrangements are in place to safely do so..... those whom register or arrive as a couple/pair or small group can sit together no problem as I have various options for seating arrangements to keep everyone comfortable in the class environment. ALLERGIES... if you have any food allergies/sensitivities please contact me before registering as ingredients will not be omitted for the class. Due to all the costs associated with hosting and offering a cooking class, payments are NON-REFUNDABLE if you cancel within two days of the class date or do not show up for the class.
