This legendary mountain, named for its rich deposits of obsidian, was once a sacred source of the prized volcanic glass used by the great civilizations of Mesoamerica. As you ascend, you'll traverse lush forests, rugged rock formations, and panoramic viewpoints, offering stunning vistas of the surrounding valleys.
