This is an international group for anyone who wants to learn more about themselves and the people around them in a fun and engaging way.
We organize events for anyone that wants to actively develop communication, creative thinking and curiosity skills. We organize different events every week that deal with different areas of personal growth. \

Please join us if you are interested in:
- Improving your confidence: Practice public speaking skills with members of the group and strangers
- Raising your awareness: Become more conscious of your own and other people’s thoughts and feelings

Do you often think you should journal more and struggle to find a time that feels "right"? Does journaling improve your understanding of yourself and others? Do you feel that sharing can make this understanding even clearer and help you connect with others?

Join us for our 1.5 hours impro journaling event. We will have some exercises prepared that will help you to be present to your emotions and thoughts as well as connect with others.

Please, notice that everything that is shared during the events is confidential, and that you can share as much as you feel comfortable sharing.

LOCATION: Starbucks Stillorgan, Unit 44/45 Stillorgan Village Centre, Lower Kilmacud Rd, Stillorgan, Dublin, A94 C840
FEE: 5 € to cover costs (Revolut/Cash). Please pay the fee after the event, and please buy yourself a drink before or after the event to support the venue.
NOTE 1: No writing experience is required to attend this event. Only a curiosity in ourselves and others.
NOTE 2: Please provide your own notebook/paper and pen.

This event has a different topic each time and includes a variety of interactive exercises. It's an engaging and creative way to express ourselves, and connect with how others think, feel and deal with life. We will aim to provide a supportive and safe environment and open up about our lives freely.

A lot of times we don't talk about what we are really going through because we are worried of what people might think of us. This causes us to bottle things up, feel disconnected with the people around us or feel ashamed of ourselves.

Anything you share in the session is confidential and shall not be disclosed outside of the room.

Please only RSVP if you intend to come and change your RSVP to 'No' if you are not going to be able to attend.

PRICE: 7 € to cover costs (Revolut/Cash/Paypal). Please pay the fee after the event.
TIME: We will start at 19:20 and finish at 21:00. Please be on time, to respect the event and other members in the group.
