This is an international group for anyone who wants to learn more about themselves and the people around them in a fun and engaging way.
We organize events for anyone that wants to actively develop communication, creative thinking and curiosity skills. We organize different events every week that deal with different areas of personal growth. \
Please join us if you are interested in:
- Improving your confidence: Practice public speaking skills with members of the group and strangers
- Raising your awareness: Become more conscious of your own and other people’s thoughts and feelings

Let's Be Honest Together (at Third Space, Smithfield)

This event has a different topic each time and includes a variety of interactive exercises. It's an engaging and creative way to express ourselves, and connect with how others think, feel and deal with life. We will aim to provide a supportive and safe environment and open up about our lives freely.
A lot of times we don't talk about what we are really going through because we are worried of what people might think of us. This causes us to bottle things up, feel disconnected with the people around us or feel ashamed of ourselves.
Anything you share in the session is confidential and shall not be disclosed outside of the room.
Please only RSVP if you intend to come and change your RSVP to 'No' if you are not going to be able to attend.
PRICE: 5€ to cover costs (Revolut/Cash/Paypal). Please pay the fee after the event.
TIME: We will start at 19:30 and finish at 20:50. Please be on time, to respect the event and other members in the group.

🥏 Outdoor/Ultimate Frisbee @ Merrion Square Park (Beginners Welcome)
Merrion square park, Dublin, IEJoin us for an ultimate Frisbee session, and meet some lovely people. This is a relaxed evening of Ultimate Frisbee in Merrion square Park. No experience? No problem. Just bring yourself and whatever makes you comfy outdoors. But dress to run!
NB: Ultimate Frisbee is a non-contact sport. Do your utmost to avoid collisions with other players.

Acts of Kindness
Trinity College Dublin, College Green, Dublin 2, D, IEWhen was the last time a random thing made you laugh or smile? And what do you do and can you do to bring kindness to yourself and the people around you?
Join us for a 1.5 hour Creative event. We will have some exercises prepared that give us the opportunity to write, draw, brainstorm and share ideas about acts of kindness for ourselves, people close to us and strangers.
No writing or drawing experience is required to attend this event. Only a curiosity in ourselves and others.
LOCATION: We meet in Trinity College, in the gras field opposite of the book of Kells experience, called: Fellows Square. Here is the exact location (close to one of the trees, search for a dutch grey bike with brown saddle).
WEATHER: This event is weather dependant. If it rains it will be cancelled. We recommend to bring something to sit on, as we will be sitting in the grass.FEE: 3 € to support the group (Revolut/Cash). Please pay the fee after the event.
NOTE 1: Materials will be provided, but feel free to bring your own notebook and something hard like a book to write/draw on. (Feel free to bring preferred creative materials like colours also)
