Most of us push our emotions away, look for something outside ourselves to help us cope, or just don’t deal with our emotions at all. We do not take the time to look inside for the answers to our emotional recovery.
Have you had to put yourself aside for your job, career, education, children, parents, etc., most of us have had to do this at one time or another, some of us do it daily.
When we push ourselves aside, we don’t heal, we just store the memory that caused the emotion so we can deal with it at another time. The emotions build up until the memory is triggered then we react, this may be by arguing, fighting, avoiding people, or even using drugs or alcohol to make us feel better.

You will learn how to heal yourself so you can be happy in your life, feel more comfortable with the world around you, and how to go inside to “look” at what is going on and heal it so you can be back in control of your life.
Memories from this life and past lives stay with us even if only in our unconscious mind. When we are reminded of these memories, they can trigger emotions in us. When we are triggered, we react to everything around us with the emotions that are triggered, anger, fear, shame, doubt, etc., sometimes our reaction makes no sense, not even to ourselves.
