He joined Solace in 2016. Based in Singapore he is responsible for the development and management of the APAC organisation, aligning Solace technology and solutions with customer requirements. Phil has over 15 years solid experience in the enterprise software market. He has worked in roles across the globe, his career taking him through UK / Europe, USA, Australia and Asia. Phil is experienced in identifying and developing solutions with our customers, and has a strong personal focus on customer satisfaction. Phil has successfully introduced new technologies into existing and new accounts and has worked across Delivery, Engineering and Sales. Nidhi Kashyap is a Regional Relationship Manager, Data Acquisition South East Asia, HERE Technologies. She is leading imperative engagements with various entities in Southeast Asia for future technology deployment for HERE Technologies. In this role, she is responsible for supporting HERE’s partnership efforts with customers in the Southeast Asia region. She joined NAVTEQ in 2009. The company later got acquired by Nokia and then by German Car Makers. She relocated to Singapore in 2009. Prior to this current position, Nidhi was leading product management for Singapore, Malaysia, Brunei and Philippines for HERE in Southeast Asia. She has over 15 years of experience in location technology. Prior to HERE Technologies Nidhi was with Military Intelligence, Indian Army. There She was leading remote sensing and mapping teams at Corps Headquarter and Army Headquarter. She is an Electronics Engineer and started her career as lecturer in Engineering Colleges.
