Children, ages 4 to 11, will learn the importance of loving everyone, being generous, and what to do when they have angry, worried, or unhappy states of minds. Each class includes a prayer, short teaching, two short meditations, and a craft project that explores the spiritual theme of the teaching. Both children and adults can join in for the delicious brunch at 11:45 AM. Frequently asked questions: Do I or my family have to be Buddhist to attend? Definitely not. People of any religious or non-religious background are welcome to attend. Our only aim is to help children become happier by utilizing practical spiritual tools.
