Mike's background is in software development, a former programmer, global development manager and IT Director in the investment banking and energy risk management industries. Session Overview

What (really) is Kanban, and how does it work at scale? In this, we look at Kanban via its values system and summarise what it can achieve organisationally via its sustainability, service orientation and survivability "agendas".
