How do knowledge teams continue to keep the KM spark alive?

Details

At the beginning of certain KM projects, the enthusiasm and commitment is high. There is typically leadership support, funding, a dedicated team of knowledge workers, and communal support across the organization to include IT. As KM projects evolve and transition into operation and maintenance phases, these elements can fall away. We'll discuss how KM teams can overcome inertia and day-to-day maintenance doldrums via continuous improvement, innovation, and strategic business development.
Dr. Liz Herman joins us from Washington DC USA as a long-time KM practitioner helping US federal government agencies improve customer experience through omni-channel contact center environments and digital modernization.

As always, the session is free, hosted through Zoom, and we'll follow the Gurteen Knowledge Cafe (now Conversational Leadership Cafe) model where Dr Herman will share her thoughts/feelings for the first 15 minutes, then we'll have 3 rounds of small group breakout conversations, then close with a full group conversation.
