What we're about

Welcome all riders to the FIRST ORIGINAL RIDERS CLUB LETS JUST RIDE !!

We are a welcoming group of folks who try to avoid the cliquishness that sometimes occurs in clubs. So, there's plenty of room for new members, current and aspiring riders alike. To be a member, we expect that you have a genuine interest in motorcycles, believe in the values and ideals of this group, read, understand and adhere to the laws and rules regarding operating a motorcycle and group riding and behave in a respectful and adult manner both on line and on rides.

This group is open to everyone, we have rides that span the range from a simple breakfast runs to all day rides . Those that have ridden for years but don't get out much are welcome also. We don't have any restrictions on how often you have to ride. And if there isn't any ride you like, ask for one!

PLEASE READ OUR WAIVER OF LIABILITY FORM HERE; WHEN YOU BECOME A MEMBER OF LJR, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS (http://files.meetup.com/1144404/WAIVER%20OF%20LIABILITY%20FORM%20%28%20LETS%20JUST%20RIDE%20%29.pdf)

MOTORCYCLE SHOW 2010

International Centre at Mississauga: Hall 5

The 31st Toronto International Spring Motorcycle Show recognizes Neil Peart as Motorcyclist of the Year! 'A 100 miles before breakfast', Neil was the real deal. He was a world class drummer for the Canadian rock band Rush. Neil would always travel on tour with his motorcoach and trailer transporting his motorcycle so he could ride from venue to venue. After losing his daughter to a fatal car accident and then his wife to cancer months later, Neil took to the road on his motorcycle to heal his "little baby soul" and became the self-described "Ghost Rider". His book "Ghost Rider" chronicled his time as he chased a healing process and shared it with the world. Neil's words will transcend you from the world you know to a world of extreme travel, adversity and the search for inner peace. Join us as we name Neil Peart - Motorcyclist of the Year, Tribute award Saturday April 4th, 2:30 pm at the entertainment stage
