UX in the Cockpit: Ergonomics & Human Factors with Diblik Holman
Details
Have you ever wondered what it was like to design products used in cockpits? Pilots are crammed into a tiny space in direct sunlight while operating a giant piece of metal and glass with people onboard flying through winds at 500+ mph—no big deal! From tangible knobs and levers to digital buttons and screens, the journey to transform a tactile device into a visual one is a unique challenge. Lack of tactile, multiple regulations, and a fear of digital screens are just a few complexities to consider when building aerospace products.
