ABOUT THE SPEAKERS

Alyanna Agda has designed enterprise software for industrial applications for five years and is currently a Senior Advanced User Experience Designer in Honeywell. Her journey in user experience started with building competitive solar-electric vehicles and has since moved to pitching winning ideas in hackathons and designing software solutions end-to-end for building security, facility management, quantum computing, and chemical operations. She believes good design simplifies complexity, and she welcomes any opportunity to build solutions for gnarly user problems in collaborative teams.

Ashoomi has 10 years of experience shaping enterprise products with design, research, and strategy. She has worked with companies like Manhattan Associates and Honeywell that build Saas products for domains like supply chain management, industrials chemicals, oil & gas, mining, building health management, and enterprise analytics. As a researcher and strategist in she focuses on qualitative research methods to understand users' mental models and behavior to create cross-functional products that fit users and business needs. Through the work she does, her constant effort is to make her users' life fun, simple and efficient.
