Agility at Scale: Component vs. Feature Teams in LeSS

Details
Greetings Everyone!
Thanks to everyone who attended the previous session (http://www.keystepstosuccess.com/2016/03/march-15th-less-overview-and-qa/) (see pics (http://www.keystepstosuccess.com/2016/03/march-15th-less-overview-and-qa/)) on Large Scale Scrum Discussion on March 15th.
Our next meetup is scheduled for March 29th: same place & same time.
Based on the volume and type of questions, in the next session we will take a deeper dive into the discussion of Component Teams vs. Feature Teams (need to understand difference between Local vs. System optimization). We shall also make use of Casual Loop Diagrams to better visualize our discussion.
There will be fewer slides and more interactive wall drawing in this session (thanks to Nureva system (http://www.keystepstosuccess.com/2016/03/the-nureva-span-ideation-system-revolutionary-collaboration-tool/) available to us during meet-ups).
If you have not been exposed or practiced LeSS, it would be great to review LeSS highlights here: https://less.works/
Note: If you are interested in a full 3-day Large Scale Scrum Practitioner Course (https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/the-certified-less-practitioner-course-with-craig-larman-nyc-tickets-20698872886?discount=hrte416), taught by Craig Larman (LeSS co-founder) in NYC on April 6-8th, please follow this link (https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/the-certified-less-practitioner-course-with-craig-larman-nyc-tickets-20698872886?discount=hrte416) (there are still a few seats left).
See you soon,
gene
