Why are there so many attempts to 'modify' LeSS?

Folks - greetings,

After some downtime, we are back on line. Lets talk about why there are so many attempts to overlook LeSS experiments, ignore LeSS guides, "modify" LeSS frameworks and break LeSS principles.

Lets look at classic cases of "fake" LeSS implementation, understand its root causes (by looking at upstream system variables) and understand consequences (by looking at downstream system variables).

This will be another discussion that requires understanding system dynamics but we shall be using very specific, real-life examples.
