Over many years Gordon has led 3 LeSS Huge transformations in very large financial institutions. All the contexts and drivers for change were different, and all had their fair share of challenges. For this meet-up he will focus on the very first one. And how he and the incredible people working with him ended up discovering LeSS. He will share his “war stories”, and his view on why the end result was so successful and significant. And he will share this thoughts on “enterprise transformations” and central change initiatives.
