About Noel's talk:
Noel loves Agile, but has witnessed a lot of BS in his career. So much so, he (alongside Koen Vastermans) ended up writing a book about it, Agile Bullshit.
Noel will talk to us about how they wrote this book in an agile way, explore some of the 56 anti patterns (bad practices) and we may even get to play a little game of bingo too!
A bit about Noel:
Noel’s agile journey started in 2011 and he hasn’t looked back. 14 years later, dozens of organisations and a handful of job titles, he is an experienced agile practitioner. He runs a consulting company NOW Agile, which focuses on partnering with leaders and founders to create more productive, efficient and profitable teams.
