As in an Scrum team, the organiser (equivalent to a Scrum master) is responsible to engage the community (equivalent to the developers) and to provide the platform (equivalent to the practices) for sharing contents (equivalent to the product), the community is responsible about the content and to provide feedback to the organiser to make things better. The product owner is the world!

- Daniel Mezick
Coaching executives and teams in Agile since 2006, Daniel Mezick leads Improving Agility. Daniel has guided dozens of organisations in the art and science of Agile improvement. An author and co-author of three books on organisation change, Daniel is a frequent keynote speaker at industry conferences and events.

- Chris Matts
Chris has been complaining about Agile since before he even knew it existed. A regular trouble maker who turns up and asks exactly the wrong question at exactly the wrong time.... Is it any wonder that he's not that popular?
Chris identified that there are two communities within Agile, the community of needs focused on solving problems and the community of solutions selling any old tat that people will buy. Simply put, the community of needs is almost dead, existing only in some sanctuaries and reserves away from the prying eyes of customers. The community of solution is going great guns, desperately squeezing the life out golden goose with both hand firmly around it neck.
