What we're about
This is a community about people and organisations who want to fully achieve the benefits of agile values (and related principles, practices, frameworks) and mindset. Ideally this wants to be a safe place where you can exchange insight, concepts, suggestions, experiences and challenges.
Together with our partner community (https://www.meetup.com/digital-transformati... (https://www.meetup.com/digital-transformation-in-london/)) we could create a complete offer of content for all people and companies who want to start their journey to the Agile & Digital age.
We are also on youtube where you can watch recorded sessions of our events with the best speakers on Agile and Digital topics:

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Our values are,
Respect (self, other members of this community, the rest of the world),
Integrity (personal & professional)
Competence (demonstrable & related to Agile & Lean topics),
Experience (at all level of the organisation, at all level of skills)
can be summarised in the word RICE, food for the masses.
As in an Scrum team, the organiser (equivalent to a Scrum master) is responsible to engage the community (equivalent to the developers) and to provide the platform (equivalent to the practices) for sharing contents (equivalent to the product), the community is responsible about the content and to provide feedback to the organiser to make things better. The product owner is the world!
If you agree this manifesto you are invited to join and to share this community to your networks.
Your meetup organiser,
Corrado

Everything You Need to Know to Make Reliable Project Forecasts
📝 As an alternative approach to forecasting, getting to grips with Monte Carlo simulations can be challenging, especially if you’ve been stuck estimating your work using story points (or hours) for quite some time. And there are so many questions that come with the Monte Carlo method.
Do we need to slice our items into even sizes? Does the simulation consider our current work in progress? What data is needed for it to produce reliable outcomes?
💎 In this session, we’ll reveal the full potential of one of the most reliable methods to project forecasting.
📢 With more than a decade of experience in software development, product management and process optimization, Sonya Siderova knows how to mobilize resources and people to inspire cross-organizational change that results in improved flow efficiency and reduced delivery times. She is a strong advocate of data-driven decision making where leaders rely on numbers, not guesswork, to accurately predict their business outcomes.
Sonya is also the founder and CEO of Nave, a Kanban analytical suite that helps teams optimize their workflows and deliver value to their customers quickly and efficiently. Today, teams spanning across many industries have become more productive, self-managed and excited about their work, and Nave helped them get there.
