❈Who Are We:
The group has grown significantly, reaching more than 10,400 members and organizing over 1,140 events by the end of December 2023. Even during Covid-19, we continued running local hikes and leisure tours to sustain the business, demonstrating resilience. Our team has expanded to include at least 7 tour leaders, allowing us to host an average of 2-3 events per week.

❈Where We Go:
Our group is 100% outbound (trips outside Singapore), with 70% of our adventures in Malaysia, 15% in Indonesia, 5% in Vietnam, and 10% across Asia, including China, Japan, Korea, Laos, Cambodia, Thailand, and the Philippines. We're growing and planning to expand our tours from Asia to other parts of the world.

We specialize in Traveling, Hiking, Leisure Tours, and Water Sport Activities. Nearly every weekend, we organize activities catering to individuals, couples, families, and friends. We collaborate with corporate companies, community centers, schools, institutions, and elderly groups, customizing trips based on their preferences.

Many first-time customers have become repeat participants, recommending our events to friends and church members due to our competitive pricing, well-organized events, delicious meals, and the enjoyable atmosphere. (A) Limitation of Liability:
WILFRED GO TRAVELLING & HIKING PTE. LTD shall not be liable for any disruption, modification, or cancellation of the itinerary caused by natural events, adverse weather conditions, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control. The Company assumes no responsibility for services provided by third-party suppliers, including sightseeing activities.

(B) Right to Adjust Itinerary:
WILFRED GO TRAVELLING & HIKING PTE. LTD deserve the right make adjustments to the tour sequence due to any unforeseen circumstances.

(C) Tour Booking & Payment Terms
a. All bookings are subjected to written confirmation by WILFRED GO TRAVELLING & HIKING PTE. LTD

b. Booking must be made 1-30 days prior the tour group expected arrival. Tour confirmation is subject to the all tour elements, such as hotel, transportation, tour guide and National Park Trail Permist.

c. Payment Terms:
i. All payments shall be made in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise agreed in writing.
ii. Payment may be via

iii. Non-refundable booking deposit due 30 days prior to tour group arrival date.
iv. Full payment: 14 days prior to tour group arrival. .

(D) Cancellation policy:
a. Once the booking of tour is confirmed, the following cancellation policy will apply.
i. All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email or registered mail to the Company.

ii. Cancellation Fees for Land Arrangement Components (excluding airfare) within 14 days or less prior to arrival incurs 100% charge.

b. WILFRED GO TRAVELLING & HIKING PTE. LTD Initiated Cancellation
i. WILFRED GO TRAVELLING & HIKING PTE. LTD will reserve the right to cancel any tour prior to departure for reasons including but not limited to force majeure events.

ii. Force Majeure & External Advisories
1. Force Majeure includes Acts of God, war, political instability, terrorist acts, public health crises, natural disasters (e.g., typhoons, significant landslides), or official travel advisories issued by the Singapore Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) advising against all or non-essential travel to the destination or specific Tour areas.

a. MFA Travel Advisory: If the MFA advises against travel to the Tour destination during the scheduled period, Customer may choose to:
i. Postpone: Rebook the same Tour for a later date (subject to availability and price difference).
ii. Cancel: Receive a refund for the Land Arrangement Component, less any irrecoverable third-party costs and a reasonable administrative fee (not exceeding S$100/person).

2. The company shall not be liable for any consequential losses arising from such cancellation.

3. Local Unsafe Conditions (Hiking Specific): If the Company deems the weather conditions (e.g., heavy snow, torrential rain, high winds, yellow dust at critical levels) or trail conditions (e.g., severe ice, landslides) unsafe for hiking, the Company reserves the right to:

a. Substitute: Offer a reasonable alternative activity or itinerary. No refund will be provided for the difference in cost of the substituted activity.

b. Cancel (During Tour): If an itinerary must be curtailed or cancelled midtour due to safety, no refund will be provided for the unused portion of the Tour.

c. Refund Processing
i. All refunds will be processes via the original method of payment or method by both parties.
ii. Refund may be take between 4 to 6 weeks from the date of cancellation confirmation.

(E) Unused Tour Components
No refund, credit, or exchange will be provided for any unused portion of the Tour, including but not limited to missed meals, sightseeing, accommodation, or transportation, whether due to the
Customer’s choice, illness, or late arrival/early departure.

(F) Customer Responsibility and Travel Insurance:
a. It is the sole responsibility of the Customer to obtain all necessary travel documents (valid passport, visa, if required) and to ensure compliance with all entry/exit requirements. Cancellation due to non-compliance is subject to standard cancellation fees.

b. Travel insurance is mandatory and must include coverage for trip cancellation, medical expenses, emergency evacuation, personal accident, and loss of personal belongings. The Company shall not be liable for any costs recoverable under such insurance policies.

(G) Governing Law & Jurisdiction TA#:
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

(H) Entire Agreement & Severability
These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

◾EVENT HIGHLIGHTS:
◾ Gunung Panti Barat 猪头山 531m
is a small hill found near the town of Kota Tinggi, Johor. It is a good introduction to those who wanted to scale higher mountains in Peninsula Malaysia. It takes an average of 3 hours to reach summit & 2 hours to descend.

The starting part of the trek is in a fruit plantation. However, after a few minutes of trek, the trail leads into vegetated area although tree cover is still quite sparse. After about half an hour of trek, the trail would lead into the forest into CP1 & CP2.

The most exciting part of the trail is the 90-degree rock wall at CP3. You can choose either using the ladder or climbing up with rope. The rest of the way to the summit is flat with only slight ascent and descent hike.

Event Highlights:
Bukit Broga Hill along the border of Negeri Sembilan and Selangor is a must-visit for outdoor lovers and avid hikers. It is known as Bukit Lalang or Bukit Broga. Standing at 400m tall, it is a simple hike offers a panoramic view of Broga town.

Broga Hill has 3 peaks. The first two peaks offer a beautiful panoramic view of the surrounding area and the summits of Broga Hill are covered with long grass. The vast green hilltop and gentle winds provide a magical feeling for all conquerors.

With an easy hiking trail, people of all ages often come in early in the morning to climb the scenic path to the top of Bukit Broga. Although the hill is low, the view from the top still offers the best sight around.
