Hello and welcome to the Sacramento Public Library’s Health + Wellness Meetup Group.
We invite you to join our virtual Yoga and Zumba sessions, as well as our monthly classes presented by our community partners. More information about the library’s health literacy content can be found at www.saclibrary.org/healthliteracy.
All skill levels are welcome. Be advised to wear loose comfortable clothing that you are able to move around in and remember to stay hydrated!
