New members and anyone who wants to know more about NCTA are invited to join the New Member Orientation.

Come meet and network with fellow translators and interpreters to learn more about the association.

2:00 p.m - 3:15: Anna N. Schlegel - Truly Global, Women in Localization and how linguists fit in the corporate globalization market

We are honored to have ANNA N SCHLEGEL as our featured guest speaker. Born in Catalunya, Anna is the co-founder of Kenya’s “Imagine Educating Everyone” and “Women in Localization”, which was started in California. She has led globalization teams for over twenty years with large enterprises including Cisco, VMware, Xerox, and NetApp and for two localization vendors as the CEO and general manager. Her work has been published in many research forums, such as Forbes.com, Fortune.com, Gala.com, and Multilingual.com. Anna is a respected leader in the globalization community and delivers lectures, webinars, keynotes and roundtables at universities, corporations, and other international organizations.
