This free call is a public service and is open to everyone.
Parents, aging adults, adult children, homeowners, and younger family members are all welcome.
When someone becomes incapacitated or passes away without a plan, the court often takes control. This can lead to long delays, high legal costs, and unnecessary stress during an already difficult time. Avoiding these conversations often results in less being left to loved ones and a grieving process that drags on far longer than it should.
In this fact-based, no-pressure workshop, you will learn:
• What happens when there is no Living Trust
• How probate impacts families and inheritances
• Why real estate is especially vulnerable without planning
• What steps families can consider to protect themselves
This is a free educational call. There is no heavy sales pitch. The goal is simply to share facts, answer questions, and help families make informed decisions.
Planning is the first step. Letting the courts decide is the alternative.

We’re hosting a Happy Hour at my friend’s restaurant/bar, Let’s Yolk About It in Belmont Shore, and I’m excited to officially kick it off again. Follow them on IG @LetsYolkAboutIt.

This is a great local restaurant that deserves a strong turnout from our community. If you haven’t tried it yet, this is the perfect excuse.

Their grilled cheese and tomato soup is my personal favorite and a true local must-try. Simple, comforting, and mouthwatering, even for adults. :)

The full bar will be led by locally known mixologist Joseline. Ask her to create something special for you and let her take care of the rest.

Parking
There is plenty of free street parking around the venue, and additional parking is available in the lot behind the building. You may need to walk a block or two, but at this time of evening, it is usually manageable.

DATING SUCCESS:
We have hosted over 10 dating events, and connected over 100 couples, with several still going strong—and even one marriage! Let’s keep the excitement going and make more great matches! See pics and videos for past events.

TIMELINE:
6:30 PM to 7:15 PM- Arrive and enjoy your complimentary beverage or a quick bite
7:15 PM - CUT-OFF FOR ARRIVALS: Arriving any later will prevent you from participating.
9/9:30 PM - After the speed dating event, everyone mingles, fills out Connection Cards, and drops them into the match bags of the people they’re interested in.

WHAT TO EXPECT:
Prepare for a fun and energetic atmosphere, perfect for meeting new people from our local community.
During the event, women will be seated on one side of the table, and men on the opposite, and the men will move while the women stay in the same seat. You'll have a brief conversation for a few minutes, and then we'll rotate.

COST:
$25 + fees. Admission comes with a saved seat and one beer, wine, or mocktail. We'll be doing a few raffles to keep it interesting.

HOW TO RSVP:

1. Sign up and pay on Meetup to reserve your spot.

Street parking.

EXTRAS:
We will hold our main event at Willy's Tin Shop, one of Roxanne's side bars, which you can access through the small parking lot of Roxanne's. Additional food and beverages, both alcoholic and nonalcoholic, can be purchased next door at Roxanne's https://www.rox.bar/ and brought over to Willy's Tin Shop.
