West Ridge Trail to Top of the World!
West Ridge Trail, Hollyleaf, Aliso Viejo, CA, USHello Hiking Friends!
This will be the last Coastal hike of the year. As the Summer winds down, we will be moving more inland area for our hikes starting September. This trail is a popular hike in Aliso and Wood Canyons Wilderness Park that will take you to an amazing view of Orange County with an ocean view of Laguna Beach on one side, and a great view of Saddleback Mountain on the other.
This in and out trail is about 4.5 miles and rated mild difficult hike. The trail is wide leashed dogs are allowed.
This trail takes you to the rest area at Top of the world where benches and restrooms exist. There are no shades along the trail so we want to finish the hike by 10 am before it gets warm..LIABILITY WAIVERS AND DISCLAIMERS:
We only organize events and do not claim that any of the organizers, assistant organizers, event organizers, event hosts, and/or volunteers are trained professional guides. We are volunteers; thus we're only inviting you to join us as friends socializing with friends.
By joining in any posted events, you agree that you're aware of the risks, hazards, and dangers associated with any activity, and that you're taking full responsibility for your own safety and well-being.
All participants must take full responsibility for their own actions, and adhere to the rules and regulations of any governmental agencies that exist, written or otherwise. We’re teaming up again with Human Aeon (www.humanaeon.org) for a wellness experience focused on contrast therapy, mindful breathwork, and meaningful connection, exclusively for our Living LA and OC community and Human Aeon members. Whether you're a seasoned cold plunger or trying it for the first time, you'll be supported by a relaxed, welcoming group focused on health, personal growth, and community. Come solo or bring a friend.What’s the Flow:
5:00 PM – Arrive, connect, and settle in. Light mingling as we prep for breathwork.
5:30 PM – Guided Micro-Breathwork Session (25 minutes). Optional but recommended. A short intro will set the stage.

6:00–7:00 PM – Cold Plunge + Sauna Sessions + Social Time. Expect relaxed music, great conversations, and a grounding shared experience. Only participate in what you feel comfortable with.What to Bring:
Swimsuit, towel (towels will also be provided), water bottle, warm layers for after (sweatpants, hoodie, etc.), and, optionally, something to sip or share.How to RSVP + Pay:

Come when you can. If you’re ready for a good time, we’ll be there starting at 6:00 PM.We’re hosting a Happy Hour at my friend’s restaurant/bar, Let’s Yolk About It in Belmont Shore, and I’m excited to officially kick it off again. Follow them on IG @LetsYolkAboutIt.
This is a great local restaurant that deserves a strong turnout from our community. If you haven’t tried it yet, this is the perfect excuse.
Their grilled cheese and tomato soup is my personal favorite and a true local must-try. Simple, comforting, and mouthwatering, even for adults. :)
The full bar will be led by locally known mixologist Joseline. Ask her to create something special for you and let her take care of the rest.
