In this webinar, the third of four, we will hear from trans vocal coaching expert Stephen Davidson, Director of the London Trans Choir on how to get the most from your voice regardless of whether you were assigned male or female at birth.
As an enby making the most of your voice is an important step on your transgender journey. We all sound different and the best course of action is to get to grips with your voice and learn how to control how you sound. This session will help you learn to use your voice with intention and create new habits that will really help you feel better about yourself.
Build your vocal confidence.
With years of vocal training expertise, Stephen will give you his best tips and tricks. He will explain the mechanics of the voice and will help you understand the vocal ranges, how to breath and will give you simple techniques and exercises to help you expand into your full vocal range. It’s about getting the maximum results. This session is going to be filled with practical advice that anyone can implement.

### About Stephen Davidson
Stephen is a voice coach for trans, non-binary, and gender non-conforming people, and is a trans man himself. He has studied voice widely, including with Alexandros Constansis and Kate Hammett Vaughn, and as part of his actor training. He has taught voice for trans folks with the Speech and Language Therapy department at the Tavistock and Portman Gender Clinic, and is now teaching privately.
Stephen has been an active musician for twenty years. He holds a BMus (Performance) from the University of British Columbia and an Mmus (Solo Performance) from McGill University. Stephen has performed with the Vancouver Symphony Orchestra, Vancouver Miniaturist Ensemble, Designs in Harmony Orchestra, Letter Four Quartet and behind open doors arts collective.
