link tom sent: BEWARE:

From: JC F.

got an email earlier today from tom melito.  at least it looked like it was from him.  now that i think of it, while all the rest of the email looked genuine, his name was mis-spelled, and there was no message, just a link.

i sent that link to someone i know who needs to work at home, which is what that link was all about when i opened it: looked like a story by a cnbc reporter who tested three work at home offers and concluded 2 were a waste of time, one was worthwhile.

she took a look at it and this is what she got: (scroll down to see what else she found.

but you say you and the fellow who sent it were ok?

I tried a second time just out of curiosity clicked the why’d you block it link and got this:

before I came home I stopped at the gas station/conv store along the way, I was going to get a powerball ticket, but then I thought – it’s 2$ and everyone is playing it I’ll take the 2$ and buy one each of the 2 texas lottos, a mere 12 and 9 million but what the heck.  no matter what the odds are more favorable than the poewerball play!

oh – lady w/butthead horse is eternally grateful, actually had stashed a little more in case he wasn’t a 30 day wonder (only my horses are 30 day wonders) so that’s good.

I’ve mailed back the too small boots that everyone says run small and asked for an exchange for a full up size, no problem there, think I told you the tempt boots are non-returnable because it was tack of the day – they get a boatload of something from who knows where, and sell it, they aren’t a retail store, they have nothing to swap out with.

crap, it’s nearly the end of the month time to pay bills.

well, I’m going to eat, do some outside work then it’ll be time to feed…guess I better get to it, sitting down puts me in automatic nap mode.

one of the guys in the club sent the link around.  i looked at it, it seems to be genuine (cnbc).

since you’ve been around the block more than once, i thought you’d find her experiences interesting.

dunno if the recommendation would be one you’d want/be able to take advantage of, but wth. (wot the hell)
