The word "professional" is used in many contexts - e.g., sports teams, or athletes in general. Within sports contexts, the word "professional" is relatively easy to distinguish from "casual" or "amateur". When we play basketball with some friends on the weekend, we’re not labeled as professionals. If we play college basketball, we’re still not viewed at a professional level.

In the working world, "professional" can be much harder to define. Scrum is like many sports - it is simple to understand yet difficult to master. Join us for a discussion on Professional Scrum and explore how you, your team, and your organization can set the bar to the standard of professionalism within your Scrum context.

BONUS: We'll be facilitating the evening using Liberating Structures. If you are a Scrum Master or anyone who facilitates events for your team, join us to learn some amazing facilitation techniques.
