Finding the elusive balance between work and life can be tricky. In this workshop, we will talk about new ways to think about our priorities "self-care", establishing boundaries, and planning for tricky situations.

ABOUT THE SPEAKER

Karla is a tech project manager turned leadership coach focusing on helping women in tech define what success means to them and achieving it. Karla has worked in management positions for a number of IT companies in and out of Madison before realizing her true passion was helping people grow. WHEN

Feel free to arrive anytime between 5:30 and 6pm; we'll socialize from 5:30pm on, then start the workshop promptly at 6pm.

WHERE

Our host, Eatstreet (https://eatstreet.com/), is located just a few blocks from the square on floor 7 (#725). Enter at the main entrance (you will see Red Sushi on your left when you come in the doors) and the elevators will be on your right. Take them to the 7th floor and turn right out of the elevator. Most street metered parking is free after 6pm around the Capitol and there are also several ramps nearby.
