Ah, it's almost Valentine's Day and love is in the air.... or not.
Regardless of how you feel about Valentine's Day, this is a great chance to reflect on a very important, often overlooked relationship in your life: the one you have with yourself.
This workshop talks about creating a healthy relationship with yourself and how to support it through self-care. Self-care might feel hard or impossible right now, but you'll learn why it's important and how to approach it holistically in a way that works for you.
