Monday Night Chills and Hills
For the Monday night run, we're going to go at a nice, comfortable pace (est. 10:30 min pace) and try to keep the group together. That's the chills part. If you want some intensity, we're going to run up the big hill on Midvale, perhaps a few times. Of course, this is not a requirement, but if you want to get in some hill work, the opportunity will be there. That's the hills part. Here's the route we take: Please note that by attending this run, you agree that you are in good health to run. By RSVP'ing Yes to this run, you also accept that you run at your own risk and you and you alone are responsible for anything that happens to you.

What we're about

We are the Madison Run Club: a versatile group of people from all ages, backgrounds, and abilities that have one thing in common… we love to run! Madison is a great running town with a plethora of trails and paths to choose from, whether it be a trail run through the Arboretum or a jog around Monona Bay. We host at least one run almost every day of the week and welcome runners of all abilities. Don’t be intimidated when you join us for your first run- we are a very friendly group and chances are that there will be a subgroup running your pace. We try very hard to make sure no one runs alone because above all we are a social running group and nobody should be left behind!
