It's Not Just an IT Problem: Building Cross-Functional Incident Response
Tabletop exercises are often treated as IT or security-only activities, but true incident response requires coordination across the entire organization. This session explores the importance of expanding tabletop exercises beyond technical teams to include stakeholders such as legal, HR, communications, and executive leadership.

Attendees will learn how cross-functional exercises uncover hidden gaps, improve decision-making, and strengthen organizational resilience. The session will also cover practical approaches to designing effective scenarios, gaining buy-in, and turning lessons learned into meaningful improvements.
