The event is held at Vancouver Co-housing, an intentional co-housing community. Please bring some vegan snacks to share. We ask for a loonie or twonie to cover Vancouver Cohousing's cost of hosting us (hot water, soap, TP etc.). Registered Dietitian and Award winning author Vesanto Melina will talk about how to make plant-based eating healthy, delicious, and easy!!! Also those attending are invited to add their ideas and tips about how to keep it simple. Take note: While we are big fans of the plant-based diet, everyone is welcome at our events, from omnivore to vegan. What to bring? Anything you enjoy eating as a snack but please make sure it contains no animal products--that means no meat, dairy, whey, gelatin, eggs, and seafood--so that everyone can partake. And if you have an example of some simple vegan foods that you enjoy, please bring these?
