5TH ANNUAL BIGGEST EVER Holiday Dinner.

If you've never been to one of these events, you might not understand why this event deserves to be called epic so read on. (Tupperware for leftovers is strongly encouraged.)

This holiday dinner hits every possible traditional note of harvest and celebratory cuisine. You will get so many amazing items, more than any other PlantBase dinner. This meal is all vegan, but NOT gluten free.

The menu:

To Start, some table nibbles:

“Nuts and Bolts” meets “Chex Holiday Mix”

THE MAIN EVENT:

Classic Not-Fowl Roast with crispy “skin” - different layers and taste profiles of WheatMeat, all rolled into one delicious, basted roast with sweet maple Inari torched to a perfect crisp! ;)

Cherry Roasted ‘Ham’ Roast - local cherry preserves help create a memorable sauce that drowns a Caribbean style Clove ‘Ham’ Roast.
Four (all handmade) bread, nut, caramelized onion, and fig stuffing!
(Corn Bread, Light Rye, White, and Whole wheat)

Savoury Classic Gravy
Handmade Cranberry Chutney
Spicy Habernero Jelly/ Mild Jalapeno Jelly

White Cheddar Dilly Mashed Potatoes
Roasted/Seared Buttery Lemon Pepper Corn
Caramel Carrots with shallots and Roasted Pecans
Dilly Beans with Peppers and Marinated Artichokes
Stewed Collards, Chard, Wood Ear and Mixed Complex Greens with minced Beeaph in Au Jus and garlic sauce.
Marinated Sweet Table Dills- Extra thin Danish Style! (Salat Ogurk)
Assorted Pickles - sweet curry Cauliflower and Carrot, Sweet Beets,
