Labour Day Ice Cream & Ocean Swim

Meet us at Jericho Beach concession stand for Umaluma vegan ice cream, followed by a swim in the ocean on our last hot weekend day of the year (forecast says 26º!).

We'll swim to the west of the concession stand, half way between the concession stand and the woods where the benches are--a short walk.

This time has been chosen based on the tide table. The event is open to those who plan to actually swim or wade in the ocean.

There is a pay parking lot at Jericho Beach and free parking some distance away. If you are taking transit, get off on 4th Ave at Wallace St. and walk towards the water.

NB. As with our other events, this is a socially distanced event where members are asked to aim to maintain 6 feet between themselves and other members who are not part of their 6-person family & close friends bubble.
