The benefits of yoga asanas have been well documented, but did you know that physical postures only scratch the surface of what yoga has to offer? Come dig a little deeper at Heart of Yoga, Auckland’s best kept secret. Enter into a tranquil, candlelit atmosphere and loosen up your body with yoga postures, bring your awareness to the mind during a mindfulness/deep peace session, and feel your heart awaken during kirtan (yoga sound meditation). Donations are gratefully accepted, but like all the best things in life, this complete body/mind/soul experience is FREE of charge and open to everyone!

Suitable for all levels. Please bring a mat and water bottle.
