The Mindful Networking is an open space for individuals to connect through their experiences and to be a part of a bigger community. It is an ideal way to unwind apart from work and recharge for the week ahead.

HABITUAL YOGA - Lil Cheesman Connects Virtually

Join Habitual Roots at the convenience of your own home, our amazing locations will be back soon for Saturday morning yoga! Same great park community, new large, safe virtual space to play! We will be bringing a new intention to support the community during these times. The intention of this class is to create a space where we can come together as a community to move our bodies, expand our minds, explore our breath, and re-connect to ourselves and those around us and integrate the teaching we receive on our mats into life. This is a 60 minute- all levels class. We will include movement and an opportunity to mingle together on topics to support each other during these times in the world This class is accessible to all as it is FREE, with the opportunity to donate to Habitual Roots Nonprofit. Habitual Roots is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit committed to connecting communities by spreading the knowledge of emotional intelligence and mindfulness. Our goal is to create a world where everyone has the opportunity to know themselves well and improve their sense of inner peace. Meditate & Mingle - Community Wellness

Meditation & Breathwork is a proven way to enhance the way you think, behave, and interact with the world and your intentions in life. Mingling & Social Connection is an additional proven method to enhance our connection to ourselves and the environment around us. These practices improve your state of being, state of performing, and overall ability to show up in areas of your life.
