We offer Peer Support groups to anyone interested in finding effective strategies to better manage stress, anxiety, and other mild to moderate issues that impact our day-to-day.Frequent topics:• Mitigate Stigma: Better strategies to share with friends and family how to help us when we are triggered rather than expecting unconditional support when we say we are bipolar or depressed• Improve interpersonal relationships with friends, family, and co-workers• Open the door to new therapies or treatments (e.g. behavioral therapy)• Referrals to proven clinicians who help us maintain health and wellnessPlease note: I am not a Physician. Groups are run by trained facilitators and peer support specialists who ensure the groups remain non-judgmental and confidential.
