What we’re about
We offer Peer Support groups to anyone interested in finding effective strategies to better manage stress, anxiety, and other mild to moderate issues that impact our day-to-day.
Frequent topics:
• Mitigate Stigma: Better strategies to share with friends and family how to help us when we are triggered rather than expecting unconditional support when we say we are bipolar or depressed
• Improve interpersonal relationships with friends, family, and co-workers
• Open the door to new therapies or treatments (e.g. behavioral therapy)
• Referrals to proven clinicians who help us maintain health and wellness
Please note: I am not a Physician. Groups are run by trained facilitators and peer support specialists who ensure the groups remain non-judgmental and confidential.
