About the host: Alka has been a dedicated student of yoga and meditation for the last 15+ years, during which time she became a certified yoga and meditation teacher. She teaches a variety of yoga styles, including Hatha Yoga, Chair Yoga and Restorative Yoga. In addition to being a lifelong learner, she loves spending time with family, reading, hiking and cooking. Alka’s husband, Brian, has been assisting her in hosting her classes online.
