Meditation is the state of complete inner silence known as thoughtless awareness. While being in meditation, one experiences liberation from unnecessary thoughts, especially from negative thoughts and stress. This can be easily achieved through the Self Realization process - the awakening of one's true inner potential. The techniques of Sahaja Yoga that you will be learning involve no physical effort, are absolutely free and accessible to all. No special clothing or equipment is required.
