We are the Memphis chapter for the National Real Estate Investors Association, Memphis one and only REIA group!
Memphis Investors Group is a 501c, non profit organization, that is led and ran by volunteers. Why? because our mission is to provide education, networking and learning opportunities in to those interested in the various faces of real estate investing, NOT to sell you a property.
As part of a vibrant national network, we'll often bring national speakers to speak about the latest trends in RE to our group. Ironically, many of the so called "Turnkey Providers" around the country are from Memphis and had their humble beginnings right here with us since we first started in 2001! Many of our local speakers are legends in the making!
Our main events are the 2nd Thursday of each month, and provide workshops, of various topics, with certifications towards being a Preferred Housing Provider, each 2nd Saturday of the month.

In this Saturday Live session, she’ll also show you how to turn renovated properties into powerful income‑producing vacation rentals.
The first half of the day focuses on renovating houses for maximum resale profit — what to rehab, what to skip, how to manage contractors, and the exact materials and finishes that sell homes fast. The second half dives into building massive income through vacation rentals, including how to choose the right properties, what upgrades matter most, and the systems that create reliable, repeatable cash flow.
