Mental Wellness Meetup || Youth On Record || February 2020

IT'S A CELEBRATION! MWM is turning two on Sunday and we're hoping to get together and support one another during this incredible event. We're having a little potluck, so please feel free to bring a snack item or a drink!

We offer a safe space for musicians and those those involved in the music scene to chat about successes or challenges they're facing while participating in the music scene. We have a small handful of support agreements in order to participate:

• Practice self care
• Respect one another
• Make self for self and others
• Practice phone etiquette
• No ableist, homophobic, transphobic, racist, etc. language
• Keep an open mind and refrain from judgement
• Practice double confidentiality
• No rescuing please

After doing self check-ins and sharing successes and challenges we're facing, we open up the discussion and share (or listen).
