Our 1-hour sample class is a great way to preview what the Live Online experience is like, as well as have a Q&A with the instructor of the course.
Jonathan Balaban instructor of the Live Online Beginner Python & Math for Data Science course, will cover a few sample topics in the sample class:
- How to setup Jupyter Notebook and begin to write basic Python code
- A brief overview of a fundamental math topic from the course
- Followed by Q&A
About the Instructor
Jonathan Balaban, Senior Data Scientist at Metis, is a consultant, data scientist, and entrepreneur with ten years of private, public, and philanthropic experience. Jonathan has also worked at McKinsey and Booz Allen Hamilton, and he has taught data science at General Assembly. He has led teams to design bespoke data science solutions that have driven revolutionary changes in client operations. Jonathan - sometimes successfully - leverages data science solutions in his personal life: on friends, racing, and training.
