Come, learn and practice mindfulness techniques to help reduce stress and be more present in your life. Self-care is critical but often not a priority because of all the competing demands on our time. All are welcome. Take this opportunity to refuel in the middle of each week. Meetups will be at University of Miami's Wellness Center in Coral Gables. Free and open to the public.

A free 30-minute mindfulness meditation. Lead by Adriana Moreno-Zarate, a teacher of yoga, meditation and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), we will experience both formal and informal mindfulness practices. This includes breathing meditation, body scan, and mindful movement. Meditation is open to the community. You do not have to be affiliated with UM to attend. Come early to allow an extra few minutes to pass by the front desk.
