Chenrezig Puja followed by Guru Rinpoche Puja

The Chenrezig puja is a form of ritualised meditation and is aimed at those who are familiar to this practice, though it is open to all.

Guru Rinpoche is known in Tibet as the Second Buddha, as he successfully established the Buddhist teachings there against much opposition.

The meditative practice of Guru Rinpoche is said to remove obstacles, on the outer, inner and secret levels, and cultivate fearless, spacious awareness.

The tradition used at KSD comes from the great treasure revealer, Jatson Nyingpo and is called 'Konchog Chidu' (The Union of the Precious Ones).
